Who are we ?
Nifin’Akanga is a movement that fights for the decriminalization of abortion. We are pro-choice, that is to say that we believe that a woman has the right to have an abortion or not, and whatever her choice, her health should not be endangered.

Pro-choice movement: women have the right to choose the option that suits them best, and they have the right to be able to have a safe abortion without fear for their physical and mental health or fearing legal reprisals.
The objectives
Nifin’akanga is a movement dedicated to promoting women’s rights. It aims to bring about changes both in the legislative system and within society to protect women against all forms of violence. The movement uses communication campaigns, debates, conferences, and workshops to raise public awareness and train those involved. It also engages in lobbying, advocacy, research, and provides support for women in need.
ACTION
The presented movement is committed to promoting women’s rights and fighting against gender-based violence. It uses communication campaigns, debates, and conferences, and engages in lobbying with various stakeholders. It also produces awareness and information tools, strengthens feminist organizations, improves access to healthcare for all women, and raises awareness of positive masculinity.

✅ L’objectif de cette réunion vise à discuter des défis spécifiques rencontrés dans la région en matière de santé sexuelle et reproductive,🙂 notamment en ce qui concerne l'avortement sécurisé.
🙏 Nous avons pu :
👉Présenter une proposition du décret d'application de la loi sur l'interruption thérapeutique de la grossesse.
👉 Faire une discussion sur les implications pratiques et juridiques de ce décret.
👉 Apporter les vraies informations pour une conscientisation sur l’importance de l’adoption de la loi.
